Entering or expanding in senior living
You understand your product. You need to understand the market, buyers, positioning, and route to market.
Liminal Growth Partners works with the technology companies and strategic partners that serve senior living — bringing industry insight, strategy, and execution together to help them create greater value for operators and give operators more capacity to focus on what matters most: their residents.
The work usually starts at an inflection point — a decision that is expensive to get wrong, or an initiative that has stalled between strategy and delivery.
You understand your product. You need to understand the market, buyers, positioning, and route to market.
You need to translate product capability into an operator problem buyers will pay to solve.
Timelines are slipping, accountability is unclear, or the organization is struggling with adoption.
Acquisition, integration, organizational change, operating-model redesign, or another high-stakes initiative needs leadership.
The decision is expensive, cross-functional, and difficult to reverse.
You need someone accountable for the whole program, not another workstream.
Operators and the companies selling into them are solving the same problem from opposite sides of the table. Working across both is the advantage.
For Senior Living Operators
For Companies Serving Senior Living
Liminal Growth Partners works where strategy, technology, and execution come together in senior living. Our experience spans the operator perspective, building technology businesses from the ground up, and scaling organizations through growth and acquisition — giving us a practical understanding of what works on both sides of the partnership.
Helping companies serving senior living understand the market, sharpen their value proposition, and turn strong products and services into sustainable growth.
Capabilities
Why we know the work
We’ve built and scaled inside senior living technology — working directly with operators, executive buyers, product teams, sales organizations, and strategic partners. That experience brings an operator-informed perspective to commercialization: not just how something should be marketed, but why an operator would buy it, adopt it, and continue investing in it.
Helping senior living organizations make better technology decisions — and helping their technology partners build, implement, and improve solutions that work in the real operating environment.
Capabilities
Why we know the work
Our experience sits directly between operators and technology providers. We’ve helped translate complex operating needs into product priorities, managed enterprise technology relationships, led major implementations and migrations, and worked alongside senior living organizations navigating some of their most consequential technology decisions. That perspective allows us to understand both sides of the equation: what operators actually need and what technology companies must do to deliver it.
Providing experienced leadership when an important initiative crosses teams, systems, organizations, or traditional lines of ownership.
Capabilities
Why we know the work
We’ve built new functions from 0→1, created operating structure where little existed, led complex cross-functional initiatives, and helped organizations scale through acquisition and integration. The common thread has been turning ambiguity into structure — establishing priorities, aligning stakeholders, creating accountability, and staying close enough to the work to make sure the strategy actually moves forward.
Adam has spent his career at the intersection of senior living operations and the technology that supports them. As part of the leadership team at Glennis Solutions and through its evolution into Aline, he built enterprise functions from the ground up — customer experience, onboarding, implementation, governance, and strategic accounts — then led them through investor acquisition, platform integration, and multi-platform scale.
That work put him across the table from operators and executive teams on their hardest technology decisions: core platform selection, migration, workflow redesign, and adoption. The recurring theme is the same one Liminal is built around — strategy is only worth what gets implemented.
